The airconditioner we brought was not in the right condition.

I have raised complaint with the dealer and local videocon customer service.They have informed that our complaint have been registered but the service is not yet provided.

Though service man visited twice it has not been resolved.

This is the third month since i brought my new air conditioner and still its not in working .

Complainant's Goal: Want my new air conditioner to be in working condition
Complainant's Target: Videocon
