Eureka Forbes Limited - i am not satisfied with your product and service

i bought aquasure water filter model springfresh of Rs. 13990 on 17th may and within 2 month its 3rd time that i am calling the company persons for the same problm and nobaody is taking care of this.
the problm in water filter is that it stop working means despite of power and proper water suppy it does\'t work.
