I bought the phone after 2 days its software stopped working and when i took out the battery and inserted it again it didnt even switch on.I mailed to karbonn they told me to take service centre. I took it to a service centre which is 250kms away.Now the same problem is happening once again and when mailed replying to visit service centre again.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back or a exchange piece.
