sir,i prabhat ranjan srivastava have purchased a new lcd tv(sony bravia 32bx350) from ebay online shoping but i received an old and used tv(other model number),i opened a case but they close the case and told me that i was wrong.sir,please help me,they are doing fraud.plz help me.prabhat(0********28).thank you.
