Hello , I am a MNC Engineer,I have buy a Karbonn KC 470 mobile set on 25-01-2010, i was told that it has long battery backup , but my set has backup of only 2-3 hour. I have gone to service centre many times but they are ignoring customers & always say that we have no stock of this model. I am not getting new battery from market. please provide me a new battery as i am facing a lot of problem.

I support this complaint.other thing is it doesnt have java support and it doesnt have internal memory too so with out memorycard camera doesnt work,data cable and battery is not available in market

I support this complaint.the karbon company is chesting the people .i have purchsed 451 M model .the battery backup is very poor lasts only for 2hours .nodata cable is availble with service station or in the market.if the company is unable to provide necessary accessories remove your product from the market. this is precautionary call to all the customers who are deciding to buy the karbon mobiles please ask for the datacable,and written gaurantee for long backup battery before purchasing karbon mobiles

I support this complaint.
I have the same problem, i purchased the phone KC 470, yesterday night at around 9:30 pm,It dosent have a data cable for file transfer, how on earth do we transfer the file to the mobile with out a data cable?And when i went to exchange the phone ( BIG C Hyderabad ) they are not willing to exchange it. I didnt EVEN USE THE PHONE. Can any one help me.
