M S Oswal Chemical Works - I am not satisfied with your product

This is Ritesh Jain from Ludhiana. I brought this Bravia 29'' Sony tv 5 years back. I had a problem of colour failure and now it's black & white tv. I registered a first complaint with service center on 24th april 2011 second on 4th may and third on 23rd july after that sony service engineer visit at our home on 26th aug a and he told that one board of tv has to be replaced. After few days we recieve a call from sony service center krishna mandir model town Ludhiana they told us estimate tv repair is rs. 5300=00. we were agree for repair but after a few days they call us & tell part is not available. I again complaint on sony comp no. 8361602 dated 10oct 2011 after that they tell me if i buy new lcd they gave us 25% discount. this is not fair, i am a customer of sony since sony was not launched in India and i invest a big amount 45500=00 to it after a five years of short period it is useless. If sony comp not able to repair it then please replace our tv with new one. TV Model No. KVDA29M80.
