Dear sir,

Unicorn is dream bike, i like that bike is very very much, I thought when i bought new bike my dream become true. But after your bike make dream disappear.

I bought a new Honda CB UNICORN bike in 02.06.10 from kun honda

frame number :ME4KC09 02062010

Engine number :KC09E CEA 8016630


At the early stage my bike giving troubling to me after 100 km my bike trip meter doesn't move and Both wheel is wobbling & jumping

I have finished my two service back to back for this problem they have just resolved trip meter problem trip meter is waste thing they have done this fine, but a major problem wheel wobbling is not resolved, that your respective mechanic saying it is tyre pressure problem,

That he is blaming this problem on tyre pressure, l know it is big problem am not satisfied with this answer and your service

kindly do the need full for me on my third service

I just wanna add my complaints regarding my bike which i purchased on 10-8-2010
problems are following:
1. lower mileage
2. pickup problem
3. battery discharge regularly
4. engine isn't working properly i.e white smoke is coming out from silencer.and when i discuss this problem with Race Honda service center so they people says we r not resolve your problem in free there problem in battery & engine so if u pay approx pay Rs.10 thousand we will resolve your know. otherwise do what u want to do.

Dear Sir

I have purchased Honda Stunner CBF 125 (in red colour) in august 2010,
And in just 2 month it's creating problem, I can never go beyond 50
speed, it has pick up problem as well,battery discharge regularly
and also its engine isn't working properly i.e white smoke is coming
out from silencer.
I need to fix this problem as soon as possible so please take some
action or else i have to go to the consumer court i am very-very upset
with Honda and their services.

I also faced the same proble, after complaining continiously at each service(5 service) the mechanic didn't took any action. He straight wasy say that it is because of handle bar & it was rectified now. At the 5th service i lost my patience & took the mechanic for a test drive & confiremed the problem.
It is bcos of tyre problem. I spoke to the manager of the service centre, get the problem statement in a letter pad addressed to MRF. I went to MRF customer service office & repalced both the front wheel tyre & tube by paying rs 120, sivnce at that time i drove aroung 6500 kms.
Now i dont have any wobbling & my problem got resolved. Bfor that my fornt wheel will wobble like any thing if i crosses 50 km/hr.
All this process was done in Bangalore with the help of Dream honda dealer(good customer service) white field.
