My self Mr.Pravinchandra V Patel Sir I have booked Maruti EEco from M/s Kiran Motors , Bamroli Road, Surat in September-2010, Still i haven't received my car delivery. I have received feed back form of your company through post where delivery date mentioned on 15-Dec-2010
So I went to do inquiry about delivery of my car on 11th Feb-2011 to Kiran motors Bamroli road, They have replied me that the car which you have booked has been sold to some other party which had paid extra money so you will get my car after two months so i was really upset by hearing such things from your dealer.
So i sent one mail to company on 14-Feb so they contact me on 17-feb i.e Kiran motors that you come and take your car . so i went to Kiran motors on 18th Feb-2011 and brought the car . At Booking time I have booked grey colour car and company feedback form in also showing grey colour of EECO but Dealer has told me that if i want to buy gray colour i have to pay Rs.5000/- extra and if i want
white colour i have to pay Rs.2000/- extra which i paid on> same day and brought the car . After above incident i asked dealer that why i have to pay extra money and why this dealy happened so he has replied same thing that after doing such a huge investment in this company we are going to sale the car who can pay extra money who are known to us. Still i am really upset with this kind of behaviour of
the dealer still i dont belive that such a company like maruti donot have any
ethics to reply customer complain properly and not taking any strict action against this kind of dealer. And the car which they have gave me one door is not opening from inside so i did complain to them. they replied me that other doors are opened so used that so use that till your servicing comes. so i want company to change my car as early as possible and now i want only and only in gray color .
I want to know that car which has been provided to me by company how dealer can sold to any body without informing me . I want the detail the car owner who
has brought the car which i have booked and if i do not get answer in seven days
i will logged complian in consumer court against company & company's dealer . as without delivery of car you are sending customer feed back form and not taking
any action against this car dealer .
I also feel that after such a mail company is not serious to take any action against dealer i felt insult to myself as i am belong to OBC caste company is not concern for such a people .
