HELLO SIR/MADAM
I AM KANCHAN GUPTA AGRAWAL RESIDING IN SATNA ,MADHYA PRADESH. MY A/C IS WITH PNB YAMUNA VIHAR ,DELHI BRANCH. MY A/C NO. IS 225********03853. I WENT TO ONE OF YOUR PNB BRANCH NAMED STATION ROAD SATNA FOR DEPOSITING CASH OF AMT. 20000. BUT EMPLOYEE WORKED THERE NAMED MR. ASHOK AGRAWAL REFUSED TO DEPOSIT CASH OF RS 20000 AND TOLD ME THAT DEPOSITED ONLY 15000. WHEN I GAVE HIM 15000 THEN HE TOLD ME HE WON'T TAKE RS.100 NOTE. I REQUESTED HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN. BUT HE DID NOT MOVE A INCH FROM HIS TALK AND ALSO TOLD ME HE DOESN'T SCARED ANY ONE . WHEREVER I WANT, I CAN COMPLAINT. HE ALSO MISBEHAVED WITH ME . IWENT THERE ON 19/8/2013. WHEN I CAME BACK I COMPLAINTED AGAINST HIM ON PNB TOLL FREE NO. BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AND NOT PROVIDED ME ANY FEEDBACK. MY COMPLAINT NO. IS ********. I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE FIRM AND STRICT ACTION AGAINST HIM.
