Vodafone Mumbai - I am not satisfied with Vodafone

I requested for MNP from Reliance to Vodafone on 22nd June, 2011 in Vodafone Mini store in Thane andi was said that it'll be activated in 7days and its been almost 2 weeks now and my reliance number is still active and not the Vodafone.
When i contacted customer care I was told to wait for 2- 3 hrs so that Vodafone number will be activated. And I also waited for 1 day it didnt work.
