With due reguards, i would like to submit my complaints about the car i bought, Maruti Suzuki WagonR duo from one of your sales station at Jodhpur SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES (P) Ltd. After a lot of written complaints at the time of servicing they fail to attend my complaints sincerely.
My complaints include an on road low volume horn which has really put me into troubles many a times, an unbalanced stearing wheel which is still not rectified after service complaints both after & before. Sir, the front glass black sticking boundary disables me to see passer bys coming from right hand side at the time of turns which increases accidental risks to me.
It would be really greatful if you look in to my complaints & reply me back on the issued email id.
