As per the schedule I have to board the Mahabodhi exp. from Bhabbua road at 16:38 today. As per the information got from the railway enquiry through phone(139) and internet the train running on scheduled time without any delay .After reaching the Bhabbua road station I came to know about the cancelation of train which was announced after two hours of the scheduled timing of the train. This is totally miscalculation of the timing and intention to harass the customer. After getting the information of the timing I cancelled the confirmed ticket of the next day train (pnr no:2535909799)in the whole process I harassed mentaly and physically so kindly take proper action against the defaulters.
