My first complaint was on 9th July'10, which was entertained on the very same day and the engineer had replaced one part and charged Rs.2600/- and given the gurantee of 6 Months. After 24 Hours again the same problem occured, when we complained again, after 2 days an Engineer came and said the previous engineer had not replaced the right part and he will come with in half an hour with the right part, but from then we are just following up, but in vain.

And now when we are complaining Customer Service Department, they are saying that Engineer had informed them that we had refused to get the refrigerator repaired.
