Certificate # 0005299 - Non receipt of interest warrants and final cheque

I had taken this bond in 2004. And subsequently had sent a request for a change of address on 17/1/06. This has also not been recorded by the company.

As it was not updated, I have not been receiving my interest warrants.

The bond had matured in Feb 09 end. As desired by the company I had sent the Original bond duly signed asking them to send the redemption amount and unpaid interest warrants.

I have not received the payments so far. On inquiring, they had send that they had sent the same and has been returned to them. I have not been travelling and my house has never been locked, as I work from home only.

Again I requested them to re-send the unpaid interest warrants and redemption cheque on May 23rd, and till today I have not received any cheque.

Any communication has not been received from them and there is no response.

Request that the unpaid interest warrants and redemption cheque are sent to my address at the earliest.
