I have booked Honda Activa on 20th July 2013. I have made half payment in cash & half through finance to dealer Rohan Honda from Dapoli, Pune. The dealer had committed delivery of the vehicle in 45 days. After 45 days when inquired with dealer, they are asking another 8-10 days by giving excuses that there is serious problems in dispatches of vehicles from company itself.
Till today even after waiting for almost two month there is no confirmation about the delivery of the vehicle from the dealer, when inquired only excuses are provided & now dealer is asking if we want delivery of the vehicle on priority we will have to pick up available colour & piece. Even 2days before we got call from Rohan Honda, on other line my customer executive was there, I also confirmed her name and today she said that I have not called you and still your active is not arrived and there is no confirmation on the part of Rohan Honda about when we will get active.
We are not at all satisfied with experience & still in the dark about delivery time of the vehicle
Nobody is picking up the phone at Honda Two wheeler's office till today.
This is not at all expected from one of the World Class brands like HONDA.........

Activa is a good product i also had an activa but the further services were not that good enough. I have purchased Vespa LX recently. I had no problem during the delivery time. Excellent colors available any time. Only the problem was...i paid whole cash and took the delivery on the same day...had some issues while registration from RTO side. Vespa is giving me awesome service with great mileage, style and memories..!!
