i am a stuedent of class 10. i have just completed it. i fille a form of jet nd got it filled and submitted it in this branch oh jalandhar.mistakenly i forgot to give a form attached at the back of prospectus so my father requested the to keep the form with them and paid tthem 1000 rs. as the submission fee of form.but the next day when we reahched the bank they told us that my form is lost.i plead u to please ask them to find it becoause 9th april 2011 is the last date for submission.please
