Mahindra and Mahindra - I am not satisfied with the Service for my 3 month old Bolero

I purchased Mahindra Bolero ZLX, 7 seater AC BS3 on 29th of January.
since 17th of April, the car battery and the center lock remote has been giving problems. I went to the dealer and he is saying that i should take the car battery to the manufacturer of the battery and get it replaced. for the center lock keys, he is asking for Rs. 5000 to get the new keys.

Also the ECM system of the car is giving issues. it does not warn if the hand brake /seat belt/ door lock is not in place.

it is really annoying on behalf of Mahindra & Mahindra as a group and Sahyadri Motors as the dealers, that they have not been able to solve my concern after so many visits and phone calls.

if the battery has come along with the car, isn't this the responsibility of the dealer to have the repairs made. and the for the centre lock, they are asking money for a new one. why??the car is only 3 months old and the issues have started coming up so early..
IF i do not get a resoution of this query very soon, i will take the vehicle and park it in their Mumbai Office. the vehicle is of no use to me in this condition. it is causing me loss in business, as my work depends on the vehicle.

Its a request to please look into the matter and get me a resolution ASAP.
