BUTTERFLY - I am not satisfied with the product & service

We purchased a Butterfly matchless table top wet grinder on 26 feb 2012. While using the same we found some defect in the grinder which we immediately reported to shop owner and the company Butterfly. The company responded by sending the technician but was unable to resolve the issue.Then we lodge an another complaint where we got the request no- 292020 for which the technician was sent again but he failed to resolve the problem.

We lodge the third complaint one month back for which we got a reference number - 276014 and we goth the phone call stating that they will send the technician,but no one turned up.

We are really upset with the unprofessional behaviour from the company and want an immediate action on the same.Kindly get the grinder replaced by the new one which is not faulty and we demand 1lakh compensation for mental agony and harassment we have been through from last 4 months.
