I bought a sony ericsson handset(Aspen-M1i) from HotSpot,Karol Bagh,New Delhi this year (2010)in the month of August which was the latest launch model that time.I have been aregular nokia customer but thought to try sony ercisson this time but
Just after 2 months of purchase my handset stoppedreading the the memory card.
After a lot of Phone calls Iwas able to connect with customer support here in delhi which otherwise used to be busy or no one cared to attend the calls inpeak office hours also.After lot of travelling I was able to reach customercare centre in Lajpat nagar,New Delhi by the name of Techno Care(I doubt why is it so? )when my handset was checked for about an hour for a small issue of memory card reporting error of a handset which is under warranty period barely 4 months old. Finally after lot of reminders I wastold that the memory card will be replaced within a week’s time. I didn’t knowthat sony ericsson doesn’t keep memory card in stock even for handsets whichare under warranty period!!
My work order No is SE310TCC12010 and here I am constanly reminding customer care peoplefrom past 2 MONTHS.
i got a email from sonyerricson on 5 January, 2011 "Thank you for contacting Sony Ericsson Contact Center.
In reference to your e-mail regarding Sony Ericsson handset. We comprehend your sentiments over the delay in contacting you. We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and would like to inform you that you can collect your Memory Card (M2 4GB) till 13th January 2010. We require your kind Co-operation in this regards.

but still i am not getting even after calling & reminding continuosly. they always give one week time. i am fed up & harrased from the sony ericsson.

Still nothing is happening. After your mail they just have given the stand by option of 2 gb memory card. pls help in this regard we want full refund of money.
