I HAD PURCHASED A KARBONN MOBILE CELL PHONE MODEL NO KC 555 ON 16/06/2010 FROM THE ABOVEMENTIONED SHOP VIDE CASH TAX INVOICE NO: AUD/3517/10 DATED 16/10/2010. IT BECAME U/S DURING FIRST WEEK OCTOBER 10. I VISITED THE SHOP IN PERSON AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME. THEY SENT MY SET TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND AFTERWARDS INFORMED ME THAT I AHAVE PAY RS 1200/- FOR THE REAPIRING OF THE SOME CIRCUIT DUE TO THE CONTACT OF MOISTURE. I TOLD THEM CATEGORICALLY THAT AS A CUSTOMER I AM NOT SUPPOSED PAY THE SAME FOR NO FAULT OF MINE,THAT TO WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS. HOWEVER, THE SHOP IS HELL BENT UPON THE REPAIRING OF THE SET ON PAYMENT ONLY. IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE FACTS, I AM NO OPTION LEFT BUT GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT TO REDRESS MY LEGITIMATE GRIEVANCES.
