I bought a Pulsar 180 on 26-11-2010 whose speed-o-meter was not working. The first free service is done and still they are not able to provide me with a replacement for the same.
I have approached them several times but my time for them is of no importance and they ask me to come again and again and are not ready to solve my problem. It is just pathetic to have this kind of a response from BAJAJ. It takes me 1hr to reach to the showroom or the service center where I bought it from and I take a lot of pain to get there. They make me wait for 2-3hrs and ask me to come again so that they can replace for the next time.
Please look into this matter or I have to approach with some other means as a dissatisfied customer can go up to any limits.
It really hurts as I am a loyal customer of BAJAJ, but I would be bound to take unwanted measures so, please look into the matter on a very serious note.
