My self Kiran Rane, purchased Honda CB Unicorn on 6th of July 2012 with chassis no. 71830, engine no. 78345 vehicle no. Mh-03 BG- 6748.
After completion of 500-700 km i issued my bike for first servicing at pilot honda (chembur).
I was not at all satisfied with their servicing. After servicing, bike started giving jerks and also start up problem. When i start my bike after continuous halt of 3 to 4 hrs, it starts normally, but when i use clutch and apply first gear, engine automatically turns off. After multiple tries bike starts in normal condition. So, i visited service center again to report the problem they did some setting and told me problem is solved. Once i left service center, problem reappeared so i went back to them, again they changed some setting and told me that problem is resolved but actually issue was not resolved by them. Finally, i complaint to the manager at pilot Honda service center to get rid of this issue. He told me i should leave my bike for 2 days and they will check the exact problem and resolve it. As told by him i left my bike there for 2 days and after delivery same problem persist. So, i want a replacement of bike or engine as everything is under warranty. If this issue is not resolved at your earliest i will log complaint against Honda in consumer court.
