To whosoever it may concern,
This complant is regarding the apathy in government services especially in the FRRO. My grandmother Mrs. Amrit Kaur Bakshi a british passport holder had applied for the renewal of her indian visa on 4.05.2012 . It has been good 3 months since her application and till today there has been no reply regarding it. The fact that she is a senior citizen suffering from serious medical disorders and needs to commute continuously between the U.K and India has fallen on deaf ears. My grandmother and i have undergone numerous visits to the office but no one has a clue regarding the status of her passport. The passport is an essential official document needed to travel in and out of the country without it my grandmother is helpless. Her file no. F-5(24)Home/4/1988 is lying among numerous others , it is my humble request to the department concerned look into the matter urgently and revert back.
