My name is Saurabh Soni.
I had purchased one cell-phone named " Karbonn Titanium S5 " on 20/05/2013.
After 6 months from purchase, some hardware errors had occurred. So I had given my cell-phone " Karbonn Titanium S5 " at the official service center of Karbonn Mobiles. It was under warranty period.
It's been almost a month since I had given them my cell phone. I had given it on 24th December. It's 24th January today and still I haven't received it nor any of the mails or calls regarding my replacement.
When I visited the service center, They had given me one num ********49. When I called on this num,that person on call had told me that your cell phone will come after another 1 month.
Now this is rather more dissapointing.
I had attached screen-shots of mails that I had sent to Support Center of Karbonn Mobiles.
It's been almost 2 days & they haven't even replied to my mail.
Please help me to get my cell-phone back.
