Dear all,

My name is GYAN PRATIM RAICHOUDHURY. I took an i-10 Sports car from Saraighat Hyundai, Adabari, Guwahati. When I purchased the car, I was told that I will get a Samsung Tab worth Rs. 20,000/- within 1 week from the purchase of the car. I waited for 2 weeks for the tab. But, I had not got my tab. So, I send an email to mail id-saraighat.hyundai.ghy@gmail.com. But, I got a reply mail from Sales Manager of Saraighat Hyundai, Mr. Apurba Chamua that he can not confirm when the tab will be given to me. I did not expect such kind of unprofessional reply from the sales manager of a reputed organization like Hyundai. I want this issue to be resolved on urgent basis.
