Delhi Jal Board - I am not satisfied with the Billing

The monthly bill that i used to receive was around Rs. 300, since years, but to my surprise, the current bill for Feb 2011, which i received was for Rs. 4453. I want to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Complainant's Goal: I want the bill to be corrected.
