I was traveling vide PNR No. ********67 & Ticket No. ******** dated 15.08.2011 from Jhansi To Lucknow with Train No. 12173 Udyog Nagri Exp. Train was scheduled to arrive at 14:55 at Lucknow Junction. My ticket was reserved upto Aonla Station, i.e. I had got my combined ticket from Jhansi to Aonla (via Lucknow).
For further journey, i had booked another ticket no. ******** PNR No. ********64 from Lucknow to Aonla. with Train No. 13049 Amritsar Exp. Train was scheduled to depart from Lucknow junction at 15:45 on 15.08.2011. Whole journey was booked in three-tier-AC
My first train was running late by about half an hour uptu Kanpur Central. But after that it was running like a passenger train. It took almost 2 hours and 30 mins. to reach Lucknow Junction from Kanpur Central. Due to above effect my first train could reach Lucknow Station at 17:20. Further, I missed my second train.
Thereafter, I visited station master's office Lucknow and got written proof of train late arrival at Lucknow Junction on the back side of my ticket.
I asked him what else can be done now, he suggested me to go by another train no. 14015, Sadhavna Exp. Scheduled Departure from Lucknow is 18:50. He told me that I had got my full fared paid ticket, therefore I could travel in another train in same class with the same ticket. Rest i was suggested to talk to TTC of that train.
When that train arrived at Lucknow station, TTC do not allowed me to get into train. Even he has asked to pay Rs. 2000 for travelling in to 3-tier AC. He asked me to travel in General class though I showed him my tickets, and even told him whole case. Further, he has used very abusing language with me. even he had refused me to get into train...And not even listened to my word...
Kindly, look in to matter.. and justify me that whether I was not eligibly to travel in that train or I was without ticket????
