I have future plus policy with janak puri 11 a unit which matured on 24 th July 2010. LIC never informed about the maturity of this policy.For the last two months I am contacting Sh. Banerjee Branch Head About how I will receive payment of this policy but he was not attending and guiding me on one pretext or the other .I received communication from Sh. R. K.JHA SR DIV MANAGER III, LAXMI NAGAR regarding new plan SMRIDHI.
I discussed the matter with him and he depute Mr. Arun Kumar mktg DIv.He took policies from me on 30th March 2011 and promised payment of my two policies.But till date I have not received the payment.He told me that he had invested rs. 50000/- in SMRIDHI PLAN .
My contentions are

1. Where are my payments

2.Who will pay the interest from 24/07/2010 trill the date of payment since LIC has utilised this money for about 8 months
