Central Railway - I am not satisfied with the behavior of the railway staff

Dear Sir
My wife & son are traveling through AGC PUNE SF SPL - 0136 from Bhopal Station to Pune Station vide Ticket PNR No 230-6776143 and Ticket no 22335039 in AC II class, coach no. A1, seats 8 and 11.
Since my son is a student of class 10 and my wife is a teacher in a Boarding School they are carrying more luggage than most passengers, though the total weight is within the permissible weight limit.
In spite of this, the attendant is asking for extra money. He also did not take away the used sheets on time and when asked to do so, was rude. He refused to state his name or bring the complaint book when they asked for it.
I would like to add that the train was supposed to reach the station at 10 PM but instead arrived at 8 AM the next morning which caused us all great inconvenience. After the long and harassing wait if passengers are being treated like this we are more than justified in seeking action against such behavior.
Hence, I would like to lodge a complaint against the rude and un-cooperative behavior of the attendant.

I request you to take necessary action against him.
