Sub:- Sterilisation failure Case

I am Gorelal live in Nangla Enclave,Near Chacha Chowk, NIT Faridabad and my wife is Smt saroj done sterilising opration on 09, nov. 2010 in ESIC NH-3 Faridabad agaisnt Registred No. 6/284, But now opration failed and she become pregnent about six month. Here are no any one who's help me about this case. i am rented and i have 04 child without this child this is very expenseve please help me ---------please help me--------------please help me.
