I have been complaining since last two months that the handle of the product which I have purchased from you have been damaged, since the product is out of warranty so I am ready to make the charges for the handle but no body at your customer care is responding to my complaint so please help to resolve my problem. I have been advice to purchase the handle from open market but I tried searching many shops but I didn't find the handle. So I requested at least provide me service center details so that I can placed my order to them but you guys don't have the service center details also which is quite irritating to me. Now I have decided that I will lodge a complaint with consumer court since you are not able to resolve my problem you will be receiving a notice soon from there end.
