Hi Admin,

I am Priyabrata Panigrahy Customer ID MA6614.
I have taken service on 14th March 2009.

I was promised delivery within 1-2 days. However I never receive before 7-10days. This time they forced me to take another cylinder. When I refused they started disconnecting call. Not delivering refill cylinder.

When I request they are saying they can\'t deliver and tell us to pick it up from their agency. when we called to inquire about date of service as it was delayed for 10 days on phone they said, \"we are here not to talk to you for hours, we have other customers as well I cant guarantee when will the cylinder be delivered\" and disconnect the call.

Please take some action. As gas service is very important for our lively.
