here i am complaining about a scheme of scrachecard which are given to me with the time of purchase of washing machine, the scheme is for either wristwatch or microwave oven. I had purchased washing machine and they sent me by veer express transport contractor on 1/1/2010. now they haven\'t provide me a purchase bill and scretchcard till date. meanwhile i had made followup by phone oftenly, so last time they asked me that you have won wristwathc of Reebok, so how it is possible, while i had not scretched card my self? Tell me who has reserved the right to scretched the card, customer or dealer or distributor or subdealer? so now i can not accept this gift. i want to scretched card my self in front of my family members.
