I bought 42 Inch Sansui LCD TV S4270XV-N on 15/7/2012 for 38,000 rupees. When I was watching TV on 18/8/2013 the display suddenly went off and I again I switched on the TV. But nothing appeared no audio or video appeared just a black screen. So I raised a service complain on 19/8/2013. I didn’t get any positive updates from Videocon service after that. Finally I got a call on 16/10/2013 after 2 months saying that panel backlight has got repaired and need to spend 23,000 rupees to replace them. Spending 23,000 rupees for a 38,000 rupees TV in 1 year I think it s not worthable need a resolution for this issue on making such kind of worthless product.
