I am using prepaid tata photon plus (********22) internet since december 2010 and facing the speed issue regularly. I have already complaint many time to tata custumer care on 1********1 but still the problem is same.
the complaint numbers provided by tata are as follow:-
1. 0********7 on 5/1/2011
2. 0********5 on 9/1/2011
3. 0********7 on 15/1/2011
4. 0********7 on 28/1/2011
sometime the tata custumer care people told me that they can not launch the complaint in speed issue.
For my prepaid plan they provide me validity of one month and in between these 30 days, 20 days i face the speed issue.
As i am using this device at NDPL,ROHINI SECTOR 11 the speed issue is same and not resolved by 31-01-2011.
on 3/02/2011 TATA photon engineer reply me on complaint number 0********7 that in ROHONI sector 11 delhi, due to network problem i can not use tata photon plus and they can not extend the validity.
