Recently I purchased a kitchen chimney of your esteemed brand Kutchina - Karizma model from M/s interio@home (N.B.Enterprise / Timbor Cucine) in Vapi, Gujarat (the deal was done by Mr. Bhavin Panchal, mobile no. 0********20) for Rs.10000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only), the bill for the same is scanned & attached for your ready reference.

The complete address of shop is as follows, M/s N.B.Enterprise (Timbor Cucine). Contact persons Mr. Bhavin Panchal-mobile no.0********20 & Mr. Nipesh Panchal-mobile no.0********89.

# Point No.1 # As per your own mail the MRP for this model is Rs.5990/- only. This implies that I was charged Rs.4010/- in excess to the existing MRP which I feel is totally unfair & unjustifiable. In fact this is nothing but cheating the consumers.

# Point No.2 # There was no free installation. We have to install the chimney at our own cost.

# Point No.3 # There was no duct pipe inside the box.

# Point No.4 # There was no warranty card.

On contacting Mr. Bhavin Panchal of M/s N.B.Enterprise (Timbor Cucine) for the above mentioned discrepancies he bluntly refused about the warranty card, duct pipe & for the price difference - by saying that he gets Kutchina products from somewhere in Ahmedabad (may be from your authorized dealer or wholesaler) & on basic price of Rs.5990/- VAT etc. is added & hence the total comes to Rs.10000/-. I think this explanation is simply absurd & an eyewash & I am not at all satisfied with this kind of feedback.

My wife had a word with Mr. Mrinmoy Ghosh & he assured that he would look into the matter & revert. But so far that has not happened, may be he is too busy to respond to these type of queries.

I really feel that a reputed name like Kutchina is being tarnished by association with such kind of dealers network.

I sincerely request you all concerned to please look into the matter & revert at the earliest with suitable clarification & the refund amount.
If the matter is not resolved soon then I may be compelled to go to the consumer court to get the refund amount & justice.
