Procter and Gamble - I am not satisfied with olay services & staff

my name is richa gupta, few days back I went to radhey sham chemist for some shoping there a sales girl from olay was forcing me to purchase olay product when i refused her then she misbehaved with me there was her supervisor named ritu was there when i told her then she encoraged the sales girl and also insulting me, she used abusive language for me out of the store when I said her I will submit complaint against you then she said you can do what ever you want to do. that was very shameful for me

so i just want that you take some strick action againt the supervisor (ritu)
