Honda Two Wheelers - i am not satisfied with new honda shine

I took a CB shine on May 2010 from hyderabad autofin Honda"
I face a problem with the vehicle sir.
back wheel is bend and sound from engine
We complained (with in 15 days)this to autofin sales manager
We didn't get proper reply from the sales&service manager,They talked like ignoring the complaint They said, "We cant do anything for this complaint, and all bikes will face this problem. . We are not responsible for this.".
While taking the vehicle, autofin honda Sales Manager said that, we r not responsible for damages and one engineer came and said .We cant do anything for this complaint, and all bikes will face this problem. We
cant do service also & We are not responsible for this.".one more engineer came that will tyre problem, one more engneer came that have no problem
whos tellin right !Give me the proper solution sir
