Dear sir,

I had given my cell phone for repairing on 22 July 2013 because call receiving and speaker not working the phone is under warranty. . But till time repairing centre of Karbonn mobile phone, reparing centre name : Shankla Telcom 3rd floor Pt. Jeet Ram complex, M G Road , Sector 17, Gurgaon, Haryan, but they have not given my phone back till date when i go there to collect my phone they said me to call Karbonn customer care but no body pick call from customer care of Karbonn. Please look into the matter if within four working days i will not get my phone back then i will case file in consumer court.
