I purchased K-30 model from Sanghavi Infocomm, Station Road, Vasai(w) vide Invoice no.1832 dt.14.08.2010. From 5/2/2010 track ball of the mobile was not functioning & not able charge the mobiles. I visited the service centre at Mira Road & Ghatkopar, where they told me that they have discontinued the service. Subsequently i visited the store where i purchased the mobiles, even they are not aware of service centre. I visited website of Karbonn, there also it was showing old service centre which has been discontinued. I called up bangalore where they also given old service centres mobile nos, when I told them they have discontinued then they given deli phone no. Finding out service centre itself taken 10 days. I got new service centre no from you delhi customer care and i visited B.R. Mobiles at Bhaynder, on 19/2/2011. they told that sensor is not working & it will be covered under guarantee and for charges it is only 6 month guarnatee is there, it is just over. I told them that i wasted 10 days in finding our service centres and it should be replaced free of cost.
Can anybody tell me why I should pay when service centre information is not available. When I talked to Delhi customer care they are not ready to listen. Whether this type service is available for Karbonn Mobiles.
Within 6 months I faced this problem in the mobiles and services. I realy repent for purchasing Karbonn mobile.
It is not question of Rs.100 or 200. It is business ethics, principles
