I was purchased a Karbonn S5 Titenium, cell phone on dated : 29-05-2013, from Gorakhpur (UP), this set is not working properly since last month, I am facing problem like touch pad and applications are accidentally closed during open or running.
I went to local service center on dated 16-12-2013 at Gorakhpur (UP), he checked and confirmed that this problem will be not repairable or rectify on same day you have to submit here your handset. so I submitted my handset on same to local service desk. It's 20 days have been pass out but still I have not received my handset or any positive answer and efforts. I was choose it for good performance, service & support, I was never expect this kind of support by "Karbonn Team". I don't want to expend good money for other phone.
I am coordinating with local service desk regarding my handset status, and got update that I am working on that you have to wait another week. After that I contact these emails id's (support@karbonnmobiles.com; info@karbonnmobiles.com; shriramcare@gmail.com) but they are not provide proper response and update.
I am feeling very bad, helpless & cheated. I am very disappointment with service!
I was paid a good amount of money for quality, performance and support, not for overhead, tension & followup.
Please try to understand my situation and problem and help me ASAP.
