sir,

i have purchase a new Honda two wheeler scooter on 24-09-13 and on purchasing time the dealer had told me the average of scooter is 60km/l.but after purchasing this scooter when i used it then i see that it is not giving more than 30km/l average and this made me very shocked. so i want from you to please help to solve my problem and help me to give another scooter which can give me the right average.
