This is my second complaint mail to your company,day before yesterday i wrote mail to Honda company,they called me yesterday i went to Autofin-Himayat nagar Honda showroom,but one of uneducated macenik took my bike along with me on test drive,but result was the same the front disc was jerking at the speed of 30 to 40,he said that i dont know how to drive the bike,as i want to informed you that from last 3 year i was using Bajaj Pulser and i never faced the problem related to front disc break, then your Manager called me for further discuss,he talked to his maceinik,he said there is no problam in disc break,then your manager start giving lecture to me that i donot know how to drive the bike,but i said that if i do not know the driving then how my Pulser still doing well,i do not know how big Honda company can appoint that type of Manager at that level because insert of taking test drive of my bike he is giving lecture to me and discussing with that mechanist,then i felt that there is no use to stay there i came back,and also he said Bajaj is having good technology of Disc break,then what Honda company is doing,i thought Honda Company is very large n big company but after talking to the Autofin Honda manager i understood that what is there in the company who can not appoint a good manager who can handle the things properly or who can handle the customer, then what about my bike,i want to replace my disc break by the monday if it not solved i will lounge the Police complain to the That Manager as well as On Honda company to Making fool to the Public/customer ,this time i will not go to Autofin Showroom,because i waste my three days allready now i can not waste my time for this type of companywho can not listen the complaint of the customer,Company has to send their person to pick my bike from my house if Company solve this problem by Monday its ok otherwise i will do what i have to do,also my leg got damage bcoz of accident of bike,and one more thing still my bike damage safety stend it benn not replaced which is damage by Autofin or Honda representative at the time of test drive that also i will claim if company fail to do so..... Solve this problam as soon as possible....

i hav purchased stunner vehicle in 2010 at autofin himayathnagar showroom. aftre using 1 year the im facing problems with the bike and when ever im giving my bike for servicing means they used to note all the problems what ever i say after comeleting my byk servicing i used to face the same problems by next 2 to 3 days itself.
and when i go to that showroom and ask the service person means he used to cover all the issues and talking about the manager he is fir for nothing for that post
when i said my problem means his answer was? do you know thw driving ?this is the question asked by HIMAYATHNAGAR AUTOFIN SHOWROOM MANAGER
i was given my bike servicing on MARCH 5 2011 they told me that a spare part KONE KIT FOR STUNNER VEHICLE is not der they given 1 week time for that spare part but that one week gone and n today it was APRIL 19 till today also they dint even got that spare part see HONDA is a INTERNATIONAL COMPANY and now stunner vehicle is the running model for that spare part they are taking this much time ,see how much care the showroom people are taking for customers service
timm today i used to like HONDA BIKES
but from now i got irritated by honda i dont want to purchase these company bike at all
im facing the problem from last 3 months STUNNER VEHICLE KONE KIT PROBLEM they dint even proper care on customer service
really i got irritated by HONDA AUTOFIN SHOWROOM SERVICE CENTRE
and that spare parts MANAGER NARENDER HE DINT EVEN GIVING PROPER RESPONSE AT ALL
SO THE PROBLEM NOW IS FROM WHERE SHOULD I GET MY BIKE REPARED I WANT THAT KONE KIT SPARE PART
