Service work at VST Bajaj, cottonpet, Bangalore is unsatisfactory......! They will send SMS to customers without caring whether it is ready for delivery or not.......when we go to the Service Centre to take delivery they will say wait for another 10 to 15 minutes the vehicle is being taken to washing/still servicing is going on...........
Even in pay service also they wont wash vehicles properly....if we asked about that they will say workers are not trained what to do..? This is the only service centre which is near to my house......because of this i am planning to give vehicles to local garages next time, whos service is better than these people..

i have purchased descover 100cc bike last year but my bike has many rust so i will complaint bajaj service center but he said veraval climat efect so no gauranty so do some thing as above my bike
i had purchased new discovery 150 cc with on road cost 58,230/- which i cant image and they have not given any clear inf regarding price elements and till now i had not received any papers related to my purchase and the technical problem( i.e self start in not at all working form the day of purchase

i have put my bike (avenger) GJ 1FD 9020 at bajaj service center in ahmedabad, CG road, before 20 days,till date i h'nt recvd my bike back with complete repairing.acoording to workshop management spare (chain kit related parts) is not avialable since last long time.and now my vehicle became more worst than earlier making some noise while self start.you are requested to kindly looking forward.awaiting for positive reply.

Really the service is very worst in the above said "VST Bajaj Cottonpet Service Centre". I own a Bajaj XCD125 vehicle, which is just a 1.8 Yrs old. I am paying nearly 2000 to 2500 for every services being done, and each time the spare parts are getting replaced. Just recently I had been billed 2100 Rs in the VST centre. When I questioned about it from the Manager upto the service engineer are just making a unhealthy arguments. When I talk about pulling this matter to the consumer court, the Manager is ready for some discounts. They are not ready to show the replaced parts when I asked for that. Its a hell to get serviced there. The same bitter experience has been happened to me in the Rajajinagar VST branch also. I suggest everybody to not to go with the Bajaj vehicles. If by mistake also if you had already gone with it, please dont choose the VST Bajaj showrooms. Even my 4 wheeler service doesn't cross 1000 Rs for every 3000 Km. Public should raise their voice and SUE such showrooms. And Government should take actions on such service centres. The people working here are also very rude in their behaviour and doesn't care for the customers. I request you all Readers to not to go with the Bajaj vehicles.
I am Suraj Naik from Bangalore. I purchased motor bike Bajaj XCD125 DTS-SI on February 2008.Earlier i had Herohonda splendor & it has good milage of 60kmpl.After seeing advertisement of Bajaj XCD125 DTS-SI,i sold out my splendor vehicle & i purchased Bajaj XCD125 DTS-si. As per Company its milage is 110km per liter. I thought at least its milage efficiancy may be 75 kms per liter. But actual fact different. Bajaj is cheating the customer. This bike is giving very low milage 55 kms. Engine idling is another main problem of this bike. Frequent engine off during riding bike in traffic. And other main problem of this bike is engine idling, gear lever shifting problem,engine overheat & self start problem etc... Already my bike ran 25000 kms.So many time i made complaint when vehicle was in perodical service time.But still Bajaj showroom service people are not able to solve this problem. so now i realised that this Bajaj company cheating innocent customer.

VST BAJAJ Rajajinagar.
A local mechanic had checked my bike and said there was issue with wiring.
Had conveyed the same to VST bajaj service guy Dileep. Had requested to correct the wiring and same was written in job sheet . But the service guys VST spoiled my bike never had I told them to look at engine. They opened engine said it will charged Rs12 thousand to fix the issue. Stating some of the parts are damaged Bore, clutch plates, etc etc
When we jacked them they fixed it for just 370 bugs saying just mistake in wiring.
