Bajaj Auto - I am not satisfied with bajaj product (discover-100cc)

Dear sir,

I have taken new bajaj discover 100cc on 27-01-2010 from Bajaj delar VINAYAKA BAJAJ, kothapet, Hyderabad.
But after came out of showroom, when I checked the bike clearly, there was little damage on tank. In showroom due to less lighting it was not visible. The damage will be visible in some angles only. Any how on same day, I called to delar regarding this and they told "if the damage is not by the customer they will do replacement. and told me to bring the bike next day". But they checked and declared the damage is not from company. Now they are not doing replacement.
