Airtel Rajasthan - I am not satisfied with Airtel way of sucking money of customer.

Dear Sir,
I would like to have the attention that In past 10 days back I have complained regarding << Airtel is sucking the customer money on the name of bollyspices.>>

When somebody from Airtell contacted me I explained to him about my both phone numbers, and told him not to send any message or promotional phone calls. That time this gentleman promised me for that. But on my connection No.9680517298 still they are sending all nonsenses. About 15 days before they have deducted Rs.5/- and again today one message came that

<< FROM 5432105005 JOBS ON MOBILE SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.5 FOR 5 DAYS FOR SERVICE. SEND TIPS TO 5432105 AND GET CAREER TIPS @ JUST RE 1/DAY DATE 25 DEC 2010.>>

I would like to know that what is the solution?

That
1. Not to have connection from Airtel?
2. Not to have a mobile phone connection?
3. Can somebody take some action against them?

Please guide and advice regarding the freedom of living for a normal person or he has to bear this all in India.
