I Shaikh Sameer, on behalf of my collegues want to bring to your notice that, most of my family members and collegues used Airtel service but now most of them are very upset because most of the time automatically any service get activated and all balance get deducted.
Please note some of the numbers (********65, ********20, ********17)- they are always complaining about balance deduction and planing to switch network.
Moreover, ********17- on this number daily 1Re is deducted and other 2 numbers facing problem that any service get activate & balance get deducted.
Hope you will consider it as a severe problem and look into the matter.
