Airtel Mobile Karnataka - i am not satisfied wiht airtel assurence

My name is Satish Kumar C.S. my number is ********71 I have been airtel postpaid connection since from 2004, using same till now but from four days I have been charged with some value added service messages like cat fastrack pack charged 10/-Rs regarding this I have made enquired with airtel customer care, and they anticipated and given assurance that they will correct the such act, for my enquiry with them they given reference number covwc21021967790, its happened at 12pm on 21-10-2012. Even in spite of my complaint once again at 4.06pm on same day I have charged with value added service of meet and greet they charged 30/- Rs. Regarding this I once again enquired with customer care they once again given assurance that will system jenrette they will correct that regarding this they given reference number covwc21021313088, after that on same day at 9.42pm they charged with new value added service games and applications charged 5/-Rs. In single day I have lost my 100/- Rs from four day I have last 240/- Rs of currency without taking any prior consent of me and now they are not deducting it. And mean time I have decided to cut my relationship with airtel and want to go another good service providers and sent sms to mobile portability and received portal number, immediately after that one of the airtel person called me and requested me to stay with airtel and given assurance that airtel will give back my currency in 48 hours and asked me to stay, believing his words I am decided to give final chance to airtel, but what assurance they given was not don, my portability uniq code will be expired on 6-11-2012, please any one help me.

Airtel customer care is a joke. May the same with others too but have had no reason to rub my fate with them. They dont care about TRAI or DOT rules. I wish they come under RTI soon as these are essential services group.
I have been talking to mostly moronic customer care executives, who either cant understand the problem, or who blame the customer for network issues.
One of the executives went so much to blame my samsung Galaxy S2, the 2nd most popular phone in world, when i complained that there were call drop issues in a particular area of coverage. So i pity pity those naive customers who think customer care guys are all knowledgeable and fully aware.
Second guy, says he cannot take my complaint because his software does not allow to record my complaints. I think Airtel has a very poor interface to its executives to work on.
Third, one of them says they will call back after 24hrs, but so far never called again. its been more than 2 weeks now.
Forth, Every time they call to follow up on my complaint, their question is what is my problem? If he doesnt know what problem i reported, then why bother call? I wish these kind of calls can be termed marketing calls rather than cusotmer care calls.
Fifth, Everytime the executive calls, they call from a not in use number. If i try to call them back on those numbers, all i get is a invalid number or switched off status. Some of those numbers are
********4555, ********2324, ********9966, ********9470, ********6622

I hope Airtel learns and puts some sense into thier customer service executives and make them not to irritate their customers just because their seniors are irresponsible and disrespectful of them.
