Beam Telecom - I am not satisfied the services with Beam Telecom

I am not having having internet connectivitiy for last 5 days. I have repeatedly called the call centre and registered my complaint. The folks sitting in the call centre are of no use and cannot even talk to the customer in a professional manner and also have no etiquttes of talking on the phone besides absolutely no technical knowledge. They repeat one sentence that our engineer will contact you a like a parrot. Apart from that sentence they cannot speak anyother line.

The engineers who attend have no technical knowledge of fixing the problem. I have been getting the error DNS server not responding, the engineers came had a look and they decided to change the wire after that nothing has happened, it was not accepting my username and password, they played getting that fixed nothing happened, then they gave me a bull shit story of broad band connection not workin in the whole of tarnaka area. Thier supervisor Sai Krishna and Srinivas assured that i would have the connection by 6 PM.


It is high time that Beam telecom should close thier shop. Niether they have passion for technology reaching to the internet users and no mannerism and commitment to service level expected out of them.
