sir today i open my irctc a/c to make tatkal ticket from gaya to new delhi.
all process were slow working whaen i fill all the procedure than i made a payment after that i wait 10 minutes only for payment and website said that your session has expired. so i could not make the ticket and deducted money also from my account. and i call to customer care pls help me out from this problem. she suggest me you must have to make ticket again from that destination than your monry will come back to your account. so its not possible for me that i hane lost 1205 rigt now and its not surrrity that i will get ticket confirm so pls send money back in my account
